We  must acknowledge that whatever is happening to the body to cause symptoms took many years to develop. I promise, your body is not trying to kill you! Quite the opposite --it is a survival mechanism because our bodies are always trying to heal us.

During our initial 60-minute visit we will  go over your health concerns in detail.  We will review the findings of your initial health intake questionnaire, pinpoint your most pressing concerns and discuss  options for appropriate healing measures such as labs, supplements, lifestyle and dietary changes. 

During our first follow-up appointment we will discuss  your lab results and develop a wellness improvement strategy. Any further follow-ups will be focused on your progress as you are completing your protocol, addressing possible challenges and adjusting the course of action if needed. My top priority is getting you results so I will be guiding you and answering  questions your might have to the best of my ability and scope of practice along your healing journey.
